- Se entregó la presea “Amalia Solórzano”
Apatzingán, Mich., a 09 de marzo de 2020.- Con la entrega de la presea “Amalia Solórzano Bravo” a la cronista de la ciudad, María Luisa Prado Casillas, el gobierno municipal conmemoró el Día Internacional de la Mujer.
En el parque Palmira, ante decenas de mujeres, autoridades encabezadas por la presidente del DIF Municipal, Minerva Guízar Brito, conmemoraron el Día Internacional de la Mujer, con un evento en donde además del reconocimiento a la labor de las mujeres, también se ofreció una ponencia sobre el empoderamiento femenino.
En el lugar, la presidente del DIF, a nombre propio y del presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, hizo un reconocimiento a todas las mujeres que cumplen varios roles en la sociedad, “pues muchas somos madres, esposas, trabajadoras, empresarias, amas de casa y demás”.
De igual manera dijo que la labor de la mujer se debe reconocer todos los días, pues el origen del Día Internacional de la Mujer, es por la lucha que enfrentaron un grupo de mujeres en defensa de sus derechos.
Por su parte la titular del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer, Endi Herrera Estrada, señaló que el gobierno municipal, trabaja en diferentes políticas a favor de la mujer, “para que se les reconozcan sus derechos y disminuyan los índices de violencia de cualquier tipo, hacia ellas”.
Cabe destacar que el evento estuvo enmarcado por presentaciones musicales y un desfile de trajes típicos y cerró con broche de oro, con la entrega de la presea “Amalia Solórzano Bravo”.
