En rueda de prensa, el presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, acompañado del director de inspectores, Gildardo Salas González y Rubén Covarrubias, director de Seguridad Pública, informaron que desde el 1 de febrero varios establecimientos con venta de bebidas alcohólicas ya retiraron mesas, sillas y bancas de espacios públicos, como banquetas o arroyo vehicular.

El alcalde, Cruz Lucatero, destacó que el propósito es aplicar el Reglamento para Venta y Consumo de Bebidas Embriagantes y el Bando de Buen Gobierno, “no se trata de molestar, ni incomodar a los establecimientos que cuentan con su licencia de giros rojos, únicamente que se regulen y apeguen al reglamento”, dijo.

En ese sentido, agregó que el recorrido que comienza este viernes será realizado por elementos de la Policía Michoacán, Guardia Nacional y Ejercito México, por otra parte, pidió a los propietarios de establecimientos con venta de bebidas embriagantes contribuyan al orden y seguridad del municipio.
