APATZINGAN, MICH., AGOSTO DE 2019. – El Consejo Nacional de Fomento Educativo (CONAFE), como institución encargada de llevar educación inicial y básica comunitaria a niños y jóvenes que habitan en comunidades marginadas del Estado de Michoacán y el país a través de jóvenes que ayuden en esta labor bajo el esquema de «Líderes para la Educación Comunitaria».
El proceso se desarrolla en tres etapas, la primera llamada de formación se realiza en los meses de julio y agosto, la segunda, de servicio social en la comunidad contempla un ciclo escolar de septiembre a julio, en ésta el LEC tiene la función de brindar educación a un grupo de alumnos, realizar acción comunitaria en la localidad asignada, reportar los avances de los alumnos al CONAFE y la tercera y última, es la etapa de becarios, donde la dependencia te apoya con tus estudios, servicio social y servicio militar.
CONAFE les ofrece capacitación intensiva los meses de julio y agosto, recurso económico en la fase de formación, apoyo económico mensual para gastos de transporte a la comunidad, apoyo de gastos médicos hasta por 5 mil pesos, alimentación y hospedaje en la comunidad, gorra, playera, chamarra, botas, seguro de vida por la cantidad de 50 mil pesos, de 30 a 60 meses de beca dependiendo de los ciclos escolares que prestes el servicio, entre otros.
