El PT promoverá consultas populares en Michoacán: Paco Huacus Esquivel

  • Evaluar los gobiernos de la coalición, el propósito, afirmó el legislador federal.

Morelia, Mich., 24 de junio de 2019.- Como un ejercicio democrático para concretar gobiernos auténticamente populares, el legislador federal del PT, Paco Huacus Esquivel, informó que en próximas semanas se efectuaran consultas ciudadanas para medir la eficiencia y eficacia en base a los resultados de los gobiernos municipales de Michoacán emanados de la Coalición PT- MORENA.

En esta ruta trazada por el Partido del Trabajo, el integrante de este Grupo Parlamentario en la Cámara de Diputados, explicó que se pretende inicialmente efectuar la consulta popular en los municipios donde los partidos de la Coalición –PT MORENA- son gobiernos, “posteriormente, subrayó el legislador, en las localidades donde los partidos de oposición a la coalición son autoridades municipales”.

Huacus Esquivel precisó que se planea la organización de consultas populares en los municipios de Michoacán, con el fin de medir la progresividad de los programas de gobierno, el cumplimiento de las acciones y de los propios compromisos asumidos por los entonces candidatos (hoy alcaldes en funciones) durante el periodo electoral pasado.

Asimismo el diputado federal puntualizó que este ejercicio de consultas será en coordinación con la Comisión de Transparencia y Anticorrupción de la Cámara de Diputados que preside la fracción parlamentaria del PT en San Lázaro

El también integrante de la Comisión Coordinadora Estatal del PT, adelantó que este ejercicio, además, de promover mecanismos de participación popular y social para la evaluación de los de gobiernos municipales, “nuestro partido asume la lucha política y reivindicativa de las causas populares, como un mecanismo de cambio y de un auténtica transformación de la vida pública”.

Tras aclarar que no se pretende generar enconos o animadversiones con los presidentes municipales ni con los cabildos del estado, Paco Huacus reiteró que es fundamental que los gobiernos locales estén acompañados por la opinión de la sociedad; “no se puede concebir la construcción democrática y de transformación sin la participación de la gente, hoy es indispensable escuchar su opinión”, finalizó.
