Cae precio del mango de exportación

  • Del 25 de febrero a la fecha, se han exportado alrededor de 12 mil toneladas de fruta a los mercados internacionales.

APATZINGAN, MICH., 03 DE ABRIL DEL 2019.- A poco menos de un mes de iniciada la temporada de mango, se ha registrado ya un descenso en el precio del kilogramo del producto de exportación el cual se cotiza entre 10 y 12 pesos el haden y menos de 7 pesos el ataulfo.

Pese a ello los integrantes de la cadena productiva de mango, no tienen planeado suspender el envió de embarques de fruta al mercado internacional, pues ello sería tanto como dejar el campo libre a otras entidades que han empezado a cosechar dijo el líder nacional y estatal del sistema producto mango Xavier Chávez Contreras, quien agrego que lo que si se hará es que se van a regular los volúmenes que se están exportando.

Abundo que del 25 de febrero a esta fecha se han exportado ya alrededor de 12 mil toneladas de las aproximadamente 90 mil que se pretende exportar este 2019 a USA, Canadá, Japón y algunos países de Asia y Europa para generar una derrama económica por el orden de los mil millones de pesos.

De parte del sector manguero existe la confianza de que las cosas mejoraran y que por su calidad y sabor el mango michoacano habrá de recuperar el buen precio a lo largo de esta temporada que se prolongara hasta finales de julio o principios de agosto de este año.
