Apatzingán, Mich., a 20 de marzo de 2019.- El gobierno municipal, iniciará una serie de acciones de concientización, para disminuir los altos índices de consumo de alcohol en las avenidas de la ciudad.
En rueda de prensa, el presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, acompañado del obispo de la Diócesis de Apatzingán, Monseñor Cristóbal Ascencio García; el jefe de la Mesa Regional de Seguridad y Justicia, Francisco Amezcua García y regidores del Ayuntamiento, expuso que en Apatzingán se deben evitar esas prácticas, sin tener que hacer uso de la fuerza pública, “por ello queremos empezar con la concientización”.
Expuso que el fin de semana del 29 y 30 de marzo se harán recorridos a pie, sobre la avenida Constitución de 1814, con la finalidad de dialogar de forma directa con los jóvenes que acostumbran beber alcohol en distintos puntos de esa vía que es la principal de la ciudad.
Destacó que en una segunda etapa y solo de ser necesario, se iniciarán los operativos disuasorios, “pero nosotros le apostamos a que con la sensibilización de un primer acercamiento, podamos entrar en la conciencia de los jóvenes, para evitar que sigan consumiendo bebidas embriagantes”.
Por su parte el obispo de la Diócesis de Apatzingán, Cristóbal Ascencio García, expuso que el alcoholismo es una enfermedad que destruye, no solo a la persona que lo consume, sino a toda su familia, “por ello debemos hacer conciencia y evitar los excesos”.
El jefe de la Mesa Regional de Seguridad y Justicia, Francisco Amezcua García, respaldó la actividad que iniciará el gobierno municipal, al destacar que se le deben apostar a las acciones preventivas “y no esperar a que sucedan cosas mayores para comenzar a actuar”.
Los trabajos antes mencionados, serán coordinados por el señor Francisco Valle Morales.
