- Los funcionarios de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos que solo participaron como observadores, se entrevistaron con el jefe de la JS07, quien explico el porque de este filtro.
Apatzingán, Mich. a 21 de abril de 2020.- luego de que el lunes fue instalado el filtro sanitario en el acceso principal de la ciudad para identificar personas que en un momento dado puedan representar riesgo de contagio de COVID-19, este día personal de la Visitaduría Regional de la CEDH con sede en Apatzingán, hicieron acto de presencia en el punto donde se encuentra ubicado el citado filtro sobre la carretera Apatzingán – 4 caminos, donde se entrevistaron con el Jefe de la Jurisdicción Sanitaria 07, Dr. Noé Jaimes Plascencia, quien informo que el objetivo del módulo es informar y concientizar a la población sobre las medidas de higiene y seguridad que se deben tomar en esta contingencia de salud.
Ahí miso el jefe jurisdiccional detallo, que aunado a lo anterior se les brinda a los conductores el número telefonico al cual se pueden comunicar en caso de presentar sintomas de enfermedad de las vías respiratorias y donde además se brinda información sobre el Covid-19.
También informo a los funcionarios de la CEDH, que la Secretaría de Salud tiene módulos de atención para enfermedades respiratorias en el Hospital Regional de Apatzingán, el cual funciona de 08:00 a 20:00 hrs. Y otro en el centro de salud de esta ciudad.
Por su parte, el Lic. Guillermo Arreguin Ceja, Coordinador del Módulo Sanitario Aleatorio, manifesto que dicho filtro se instalará de 08:00 a 11:00 horas y de 18:00 a 20:00 hrs., y que estan participando Secretaría de Salud, Ayuntamiento de Apatzingán, Guardia Nacional, Protección Civil del Edo., Seguridad Pública, Coopris y Desarrollo Económico.
Cabe resaltar que la participación de la Visitaduría Regional de Apatzingán, en el filtro sanitario, fue como observadores.
