APATZINGAN, MICH., 05 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2020.- Al pronunciar el discurso oficial durante el acto cívico conmemorativo al 103 Aniversario de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, el Presidente Municipal José Luis Cruz Lucatero afirmo, que al amparo de la Constitución la 4T se convierte en el espacio propicio para que los mexicanos recobren su dignidad, bajo la directriz del Presidente de México Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
Ante autoridades militares, educativas y funcionarios de los tres órdenes de gobierno, alumnos de las diferentes instituciones educativas reunidos en la Plaza de los Constituyentes, el Jefe del Ejecutivo Municipal hizo alusión a los antecedentes que dieron origen a la Carta Magna, que rige comportamiento y destino de los mexicanos, “ahora con alto sentido progresista y alineado a los intereses colectivos”, asevero.
En su mensaje añadió, “Nuestra Constitución propone y participa en la solución de los problemas que nos aquejan, porque y también tenemos un gobierno que nos escucha y es sensible a los reclamos del pueblo”.
Detallo, que, a 103 años de la promulgación del texto fundamental del país, éste ha sido adaptado a las diversas circunstancias y cambios que ha sufrido la Nación Mexicana, ello a través de reformas, leyes y adicciones que se llevan a cabo a la Constitución, un instrumento perfectible, distinto al documento original.
Afirmo, que desde 1917 a la fecha no se ha registrado un movimiento que reclame el cambio de los preceptos constitucionales por otros nuevos, como ocurrió en el siglo 19 con otros documentos de orden constitucional.
Nuestra Carta Magna dijo, contempla temas de interés, como la separación de poderes, las atribuciones del presidente, el municipio libre y sus alcances y asunto político electoral que son apartados que han sido modificados y fortalecidos para adaptase a los nuevos cambios.
