Sentencian a 18 años de prisión a responsables del homicidio del ex Director de Ferias de Apatzingán

Apatzingán, Michoacán, a 16 de octubre de 2019.- La Fiscalía General del Estado de Michoacán (FGE), logró sentencia de 18 años de prisión, en contra de dos personas del sexo masculino, responsables del homicidio del ex director de Ferias del municipio de Apatzingán, ocurrido el 28 de octubre de 2018.

Se trata de Omar Alexis M., y Diego de Jesús A., quienes, de acuerdo a datos de prueba, el día de los hechos, agredieron a la víctima Martín C., quien perdió la vida

Durante el desarrollo de las indagatorias, se estableció que el agraviado se encontraba conviviendo con Omar Alexis M., y Diego de Jesús A, en un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Generalísimo Morelos y tras sostener una discusión derivada por problemas de carácter personal, éstos últimos agredieron al afectado con un objeto punzocortante y le generaron diversas lesiones que le provocaron la muerte.

Asimismo, se logró conocer que, tras el hecho, los victimarios, se apoderaron de diversos objetos de valor de la víctima, así como de un vehículo de la marca Nissan, en el cual se dieron a la fuga.

Una vez que se realizaron las respectivas investigaciones, se determinó la posible relación de los imputados en lo ocurrido, solicitándose la respectiva orden de aprehensión, misma que fue obsequiada por el órgano jurisdiccional y cumplimentada por el personal de la Fiscalía Regional

Fue mediante Procedimiento Abreviado que el Juez de Control resolvió sentencia de 18 años de prisión, así como un pago por concepto de reparación del daño.

El procedimiento abreviado, es una forma de terminación anticipada del reproceso, que consiste en el reconocimiento del imputado en su participación en el hecho delictivo y como consecuencia, se valora la pertinencia de reducir en un margen acotado, la sanción que se le impondrá.

De esta manera, la FGE refrenda su compromiso de mantener acciones firmes para que todo hecho que atente contra la vida de las y los michoacanos, sea castigado conforme a derecho.
