BUENAVISTA, MICH., 14 DE AGOSTO DEL 2019.- Al rendir su primer informe de gobierno al frente de la Administración Publica Municipal de Buenavista, el Doctor Gordiano Zepeda Chávez afirmo, que a pesar de que este año se tuvo que nadar contra corriente, este cabildo tuvo el acompañamiento del gobierno federal y estatal para lograr un mejor municipio y hoy dijo, estamos listos para ejecutar en el segundo año, obras acciones ya planeadas y autorizadas que esperamos concretar con el apoyo y la participación de la sociedad bonavistense.
Ante cientos de ciudadanos provenientes de todos los rincones del municipio que se congregaron en la explanada municipal que fue habilitada como recinto oficial para esta sesión de cabildos, el Presidente Municipal, señalo, que durante este primer año el presidente de México, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, implemento reformas y leyes para beneficio del país, las cuales marcaron la pauta para seguir transitando por la vía de la gobernabilidad, de paz duradera, de la unidad y el progreso y dentro de esta obra progresista Buenavista no se ha quedado atrás.
Agrego que durante el periodo que abarca este 1er Informe, se fortalecieron los rubros de salud, educación, seguridad y de cuidado del medio ambiente donde resalto la campaña “Basura Cero”, que ha convertido a Buenavista en uno de los municipios más limpios, indico asimismo que la entrega recepción de esta administración fue simbólica, sin embargo se fortalecieron las acciones como campañas ciudadanos para apelar a la comprensión de los bonavistenses e incrementar la recaudación de recursos por concepto del cobro de impuestos y servicios municipales, logrando un incremento del 17 por ciento, el cual sigue siendo insuficiente por lo que lanzo un exhorto a los contribuyentes y usuarios para que se pongan al corriente y contribuyan con ello a elevar los ingresos municipales que a la postre se traducirán en mas obras y mejores servicios.
También se creó la Unidad de Protección Civil Municipal y hoy por primera vez Buenavista cuenta con un cuerpo de bomberos, asimismo se constituyo el Instituto de la Mujer y Diversidad Sexual y en materia de seguridad se fortaleció la capacitación a los elementos ello en aras de privilegiar el respeto a los Derechos Humanos y a lo largo de este primer año, se consolidaron diversos organismos al interior de la administración para una mejor operatividad.
En cuanto a los ingresos obtenidos este año, ascienden a la suma de 103 millones 755 mil 464 pesos con 98 centavos y un egreso de 100 millones 338 mil 861 pesos con 15 centavos.
El Alcalde al finalizar su mensaje lanzo un exhorto a funcionarios y regidores a que se anteponga el compromiso institucional por sobre cualquier interés particular, a la ciudadanía la convoco a formar parte de las decisiones a la vez que reafirmo su compromiso de seguir trabajando a favor de su municipio y esto será parte de la experiencia que dijo compartirá en la “Cumbre Mundial Municipalista” que se llevara a cabo en Madrid, España a la que ha sido invitado como ponente, donde el Banco Mundial estará presente, lo que sin lugar a dudas significa una gran oportunidad de bajar recursos para el municipio.
Por su parte al responder a este 1er. Informe, el Regidor del PRI Paulo Martínez Cabrera reconoció el trabajo participativo del cabildo encabezado por el Alcalde Gordiano Zepeda Chávez y igualmente el representante del Gobernador Silvano Aureoles Conejo, Rubén Medina Niño Secretario de Desarrollo Rural y Agroalimentario hizo un reconocimiento al ayuntamiento bonavistense, a su presidente y reafirmo el compromiso del mandatario michoacano con el desarrollo de Buenavista.
