Se realiza el 5o. Foro para la Construcción de una Nueva Ley Orgánica Municipal

  • La Ley vigente publicada en 2001 desfasada y obsoleta.

Coalcomán, Michoacán, 19 de julio de 2019, ante la asistencia de más de 100 asistentes, entre Presidentes Municipales, Síndicos, Regidores, Consejos Municipales y Ciudadanos, se llevó a cabo en Coalcomán el 5to Foro para escuchar y recabar propuestas cuya finalidad tienen, el elaborar una nueva Ley Orgánica Municipal, que este acorde a la situación actual que se vive en el Estado y los Municipios.

Gran tarea de la Comisión de Fortalecimiento Municipal y Límites Territoriales, presidida e integrada por los Diputados Locales, Hugo Anaya, Sergio Báez y Humberto González, que tienen pendiente de realizar, otros 4 foros en las ciudades de: Lázaro Cárdenas, La Piedad, Zitácuaro y Morelia.

Cabe mencionar que el Delegado Federal de los Programas de Bienestar, Licenciado Roberto Pantoja Arzola, estuvo presente y explicó a los asistentes las bondades de cada uno de los 7 programas prioritarios implementados por el Gobierno Federal, para bienestar de los michoacanos , como la pensión a adultos mayores, a personas con capacidades diferentes, becas Benito Juárez para alumnos de educación básica, becas para alumnos de Educación Media Superior y Superior, becas a jóvenes para que aprendan un oficio, tandas, para inyectar recursos a pequeños negocios y crédito ganadero a la palabra.

Así también hizo mención que la preocupación del Presidente de la República es, rescatar el campo y fortalecer con apoyos al sector educativo, mencionó también que habrá el servicio de internet para todo Tierra Caliente y la Sierra Costa, el próximo año, al finalizar su intervención, el Delegado, Pantoja Arzola clausuró el evento.

Entrevistada, al termino del Foro, la Diputada Apatzinguense Sandra Luz Valencia, subrayó «es urgente que tengamos una nueva Ley Orgánica Municipal en el Estado de Michoacán, actualizada, que entre otras cuestiones legales establezca claramente las facultades de los Presidentes, Síndicos y Regidores y que regule el actuar de los Jefes de Tenencia y Encargados del Orden, por poner un ejemplo, no más reformas que resuelvan una laguna de un artículo pero que afecta a otros, urge una nueva Ley, que sustituya a la actual, que data de hace 18 años y que será el resultado de estos Foros» Concluyó la Legisladora.
