Policías son capacitados en materia derechos humanos

Apatzingán,Mich., a 27 de junio de 2019.- Elementos de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal, fueron capacitados en materia de derechos humanos, con la finalidad de que conozcan la manera en la que deben actuar en su labor diaria, sin violentar los derechos humanos de las personas.

Los temas impartidos por la visitaduría regional de la Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (CEDH), fueron el uso legítimo de la fuerza pública, abc de los derechos humanos y procedimiento de queja.

El secretario del Ayuntamiento, José Luis Torres González, manifestó que el tema de los derechos humanos es algo que toda institución debe tener presente, máxime si se trata de una corporación de seguridad, como lo es la Policía Municipal.

En ese sentido dijo que el presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, está atento a que en cada procedimiento que competa a la administración pública municipal, se haga con estricto apego a derecho, “lo que menos queremos es que se violenten los derechos humanos de los apatzinguenses”.

Cabe destacar que en la presentación que fue impartida por los integrantes de la CEDH, Karlña Giovvana Pineda y Lino Alberto Estrada Barocio, también estuvo presente la regidora Blanca Azucena Álvarez Chávez.
