• Las dependencias serán evaluadas y certificadas por el Observatorio de Seguridad Humana
Apatzingán, Mich., a 24 de junio de 2019.- Con la finalidad de transparentar las acciones, programas y costos de los servicios municipales, el gobierno municipal y el Observatorio Ciudadano de Seguridad Humana dieron a conocer el próximo inicio del programa de Transparencia de las Oficinas Públicas Municipales, que consiste en evaluar el trabajo de las dependencias y certificarlas.
De acuerdo a lo anunciado en rueda de prensa, no solamente se evaluará la atención al público, sino también las acciones que realizan las dependencias de campo, como aquellas que se encargan del embellecimiento urbano, recolección de residuos, alumbrado público, agua potable, entre otras.
Dicha evaluación será realizada en un inicio por 38 jóvenes egresados de las carreras de derecho, desarrollo empresarial, agronegocios y administración del Instituto del Valle de Apatzingán, al que también se sumará el Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Apatzingán (ITSA), en una etapa avanzada.
El proyecto incluye también asesoría legal a las personas que no puedan pagar un abogado, apoyo a personas que han sido víctimas de la violencia y la creación de un sistema de información geográfica de Apatzingán, el cual se desarrolla ya con el ITSA y que se trata de un mapa en el que en tiempo real se identifiquen las zonas en las que se ha cometido un ilícito y pueda ser denunciado.
El presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, agradeció el interés que tiene el Observatorio de Seguridad Humana, en el progreso del municipio, “algo que ha caracterizado a esta administración es la transparencia y que bueno que otras instituciones se sumen a esas acciones”.
Agregó el alcalde que todas las dependencias participarán en dicha evaluación y será la Contraloría Municipal, la que se encargará de coordinarlas para que los jóvenes egresados de las carreras antes mencionadas, puedan hacer el trabajo de evaluar y finalmente certificarlas como dependencias confiables.
Cabe destacar que en la rueda de prensa estuvo presente el director general del Instituto del Valle e impulsor del Observatorio Ciudadano de Seguridad Humana, Leonardo Gozález Tafolla, el director de la universidad del Instituto del Valle, Alejandro Fernández y el contralor, Claudio Magaña Pacheco.
