La Diputada local Sandra Luz Valencia se reune con la Asociación de Industriales del Estado de Michoacán A.C.

  • «Vamos por la derogación, no por la suspension temporal de los impuestos ecológicos», dijo la Legisladora.

MORELIA, MICH., 04 DE MARZO DE 2019.- El pasado viernes la Diputada Local Sandra Luz Valencia se reunió con los representantes de la Asociación de Industriales del Estado de Michoacán A.C. AIEMAC que agrupa 63 empresas las que generan más de 60 mil empleos directos e indirectos, para analizar el impacto económico de los impuestos ecológicos en la rama de la Industria, su insconstitucionalidad y la verdadera razón de los mismos en el presupuesto de la Ley de Egresos enviado por el Ejecutivo del Estado el pasado Diciembre.

En dicha reunión con el Presidente y los representantes de la AIEMAC, se analizó con cifras lo disparado de la tributación que en caso de aplicarse provocaría el cierre de Industrias manufactureras.

También se comentó de la acción de Inconstitucionalidad que interpusieron un grupo de Diputados Locales ante la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, acción que atrajo la Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos y de las controversias constitucionales por parte de 25 Municipes, en contra de dichos impuestos.

Al finalizar la reunión, se acordó un plan de trabajo conjunto para seguir con el análisis del tema y la Legisladora agradeció la confianza de la iniciativa privada local, nacional e internacional para invertir en el Estado, pese a estos impuestos lapidarios que ahuyentan la inversión en Michoacán y motivan la migración de capitales a Entidades Federativas más consideradas.

Al ser entrevistada al respecto, la Diputada de Apatzingán expreso «Vamos por la derogación de los impuestos y no por la suspension temporal de los mismos, cuya razón de ser es la de, la recaudación, no la protección y cuidado de la salud de los michoacanos, ni el contar con un medio ambiente más amigable».
